Album Info:I heard about Vice President Joe Biden's campaign train the "Build Back Better Express" and made plans to go and chase the train across Ohio and Pennsylvania. I am a free lance photo journalist for CBS Evening News so I called to ask if they wanted footage of it. Once I got the go ahead I made my Amtrak reservations to get up to Cleveland to chase the train.
