Album Info:This story all started April 21st, when the Amtrak was late getting back up to Norman. I wasn't sleeping well that night, and I woke up around one in the morning-in time to hear it honk as it was leaving the station! It was supposed to arrive at 8:50, so it was almost 4 hours late! When I saw it the next day, I knew something was up, so I did a quick web search. Turns out it hit a van in Davis the night of the 21st, and one person was killed. I don't know whether the crash was the person's fault or whether they just couldn't get out of the way in time, but it's a tragic story either way, and my thoughts and prayers go out to the victim's family. I'm assuming, though, that the authorities had to investigate the engine involved, which is why...well, you'll see.

Description:  Yep, no 90222. However, it had to be on the train when it came through that night--otherwise, there would have been nowhere for the engineer to sit. That meant it was still in Oklahoma City, and as the Flyer is the only Amtrak train which goes through OKC, there was only one Amtrak train to take it back out again. I figured that the next day, I might see something else interesting when it went down to Fort Worth.
