This Alco Mikado was built by Schenectady in January 1906 as NYC&HR 2-8-0 #2787, rebuilt by Brooks in August 1913 to 2-8-2 #2610, renumbered 3785 in October 1913, then NYC #1281 in August 1936, finally renumbered to 1523 in August 1948, sold for scrap in November 1952. It now sits in what apprears to be a storage or scrap line now. |

With Paul Woods help (see comment below), this loco was built by Lima in August of 1924 as one of the H-10B class locos for the NYC. |

Built by Brooks in December 1905 as IHB 2-8-0 #7851, this locomotive was rebuilt by Brooks in March 1916 to a 2-8-2 and numbered 4078, and in August 1936 renumbered to 1384, sold for scrap in 1950, seen here as it sits with steam while the engineer poses in his window for an unknown photographer. No date or location was given either. |
