DMP-2. Here is an original 35mm color slide by F. David Petke that was taken near Cincinnati, Ohio, on 23 November 1984. Shown here is Penn Central engine #8568, an SW1 built by GM-EMD as Pennsylvania Railroad number "9408" in September of 1950, rated at 600 horsepower, renumbered "8568" in preparation for the PRR-NYC merger, retained that number in the Penn Central era, and presently on exhibit at the Railway Museum of Greater Cincinnati.
