P&LE U28B 2806, Youngstown, Ohio, February 26, 1966, photo by Chuck Zeiler. Built in February 1966 (c/n 35862), this is an example of a Phase I U28B built with the late U25B carbody, note the step-up in the walkway by the radiators. This was a grab shot, photographed from a passing B&O passenger train, enroute to Pittsburgh and a date with the PAT trolley system.
