Zachary DeVore	General	Doubt that it is going to Arlington, VA to be loaded since that is nowhere near any coal mines (plus, I think to be technical, NS tracks never enter Arlington since Potomac Yard closed they now interchange with CSX in Alexandria). More likely, I suspect they will be loaded at a coal mine and take a load of coal to the Mirant Power Plant in Alexandria	3/17/2008 6:03:25 PM
