Rock Island F9B         
RI F9B 4108 sits at the Amarillo sand tower in July 1974. This is one of the former UP units the road acquired in the 1970s that were originally built from F3s and sent back to EMD where they emerged as F9s. UP considered them F9s not "F9BM".
