This group of ACL GP40s was delivered 12/66 and they don't look brand new here - I'd put this in late 1967 at the earliest.

Excellent pic! Definitely taken from the Beaver Street Tower. The track in the lower left corner is the SAL Jax Beltway line that connected the SAL main line that came in from Savannah (parallel with US 17) with the SAL line heading west (parallel with US 90) from Jax.
