| The brilliant wisdom of Septa to hold a short CSX intermodal train for 20 minutes here at Kalb until 2 car Silverliner IV set trundles into the picture... CSX would have cleared with 15 minutes to spare, but Septa doesn't see things like that, even though the outbound Norristown trains were late all day long by at least 10 minutes each inexplicably. |
