Not sure why the gondola is in the short tanker run to BP - possibly a spacer in the train or maybe a recycling bin for the plant?

Fred Stuckmann General The tank is a load, we used to have to have 6 spacers between a loaded hazmat and the caboose or engine. Only 2 if the hazmat car was empty. Things have obviously changed. 1/19/2012 8:53:30 AM
