Illinois Central 1039 now sports Canadian National paint and the noodle but retains its original number boards. Currently leading this south bound train on the Union Pacific high speed main in Granite City, Illinois. I have no idea what this train hauls, all the bulk head flats were wired together and all had an odd cribbing set up with a small control box. All the bulk heads were marked Union Pacific as well and there were several chopped bulk head flats and 89ft. flats at the end of the train. |
