UP 424 - Union Pacific  Contributor's Pick!
Typical western railroading shot at Cajon Pass of a long string of cars wending their way through the mountains, this time headed up by a 1972 EMD unit originally delivered to the ill-fated PC as #7968. The unknown photographer commented on the back - "Union Pacific - cresting pass at Summit, California."
