| 8306 West is in Kirby siding meeting an eastbound coal train at what is now a much-different looking west end of Kirby. Construction of Kirby yard in the early 80's required switching the main track and siding. Cabooses disappeared around 1984. San Antonio's CPS coal trains were an SP-BN move until UP acquired the contract in the mid-80's. |
