| I made a walk back in the winter to this trestle while snow was still on the ground. Now I've walked back again and this time while wearing shorts and dodging thick shrubbery. Here we see the top view of the final remaining LE&P trestle that still has track on it. It spans the Cuyahoga River near the Akron water facility. It is spaced for two tracks but the area on left where the southerly (eastbound) mainline track used to be is almost completely engulfed in trees. |
