Lookiong east where eastbound Job 2 is creeping into the yard to the right. Westbound Job1 is a speck in the distance. The track to the left is the team track for the local lumber yard with a string of empty cars waiting to be switched. In the summer of 2017 4 or 5 days a week CMQ ran Job 1 west from Brownville and Job 2 east from Canada. These two trains met at Jackman where the Amerian crew switched the local lumber yard and swapped trains with the Canadain crew. After an hour or so switching the American crew took Job 2 on east to Brownville and likewise the Canadian crew ran Job 1 west across the boarder and into Canada. /DL |
