KCS Theater Car         
This car started out as a lounge car for the ATSF, #5000. Later, it was converted into a diesel instruction car. Now, it is a theater car. I didn't get to go in, but Chris Knight got a good shot of the inside several years ago: http://rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=68221

Ralph Harris General This was originally used by ATSF and was an important part of dieselization. The first generation of diesel crews were taught on this. There would be an engine for them to learn on mounted in the front of the car. 12/17/2022 9:45:21 AM
