| Where did all these statues come from? They were built by Glenn Hardin Stark, a local artist. Stark would first design a metal frame, which his friend Paul Handkins would weld together. He then applied concrete to the frame and painted it to get the finished result. Now, a number of his creations stand in a park right next to the Kingman Depot. |
