Here is page seven of a 30-page booklet published by the Pennsylvania Railroad entitled "Modern Locomotives And Cars: 1939." Depicted here are PRR engines #68 and #1961. Both were built in Juniata. Engine #68 is an E-6S (4-4-2) "Atlantic" built during March of 1914 and retired in July of 1949. Engine #1961 is a G-5S (4-6-0) "Ten-Wheeler" built in October of 1923 and retired in March of 1950. |
