iStation. Here is a photo showing some of the original businesses, bars, and brothels along 10th Avenue in Altoona, Pennsylvania, c. 1870. The four-story structure in the center is the PRR-owned Logan House, built in 1854. To its immediate left is the Passenger Station, to its immediate right is the cast-iron 12th Street Footbridge. The photographer's name and the exact date are not recorded.
