Prominent here is the cast-iron 12th Street Footbridge, with its multiple staircases leading to the intersection of 12th Street and 10th Avenue. Across the tracks at the left is the Eastern Roundhouse; several structures belonging to the Altoona Machine Shops are at the right. The Logan House's enclosed garden is partially visible at the lower right. The photographer's name and the exact date are not recorded.
