| Amtrak SDP40F unit 557 and 558 were crossing Cold Storage Road in suburban New Orleans with train No. 1, the westbound SUNSET LIMITED. Both of the locomotives had been built in April 1974 and were retired in late 1977 for use as trade-in credit on F40PHR units 235 and 233. |
