Water tower & WSOR power preparing for an unscheduled set-out         
According to what I heard over the scanner, one of the HPJX boxcars in the train had a hotbox and needed to be set out. Here they are pulling part of the train forward so they can get the car clear of the crossover switch and shove it onto the siding.
