Chattahoochee Bay local         
The westbound Chattahoochee Bay local is seen passing over their namesake Chattahoochee River. CIRR 716 leads a CHAT GP38. The Chattahoochee Bay recently suffered major damage to their other GP38 so it appears they have borrowed some power from fellow GWI subsidiary Chattahoochee Industrial RR.
