Title:  PRR 2278, EF-25, 1964
Description:  WIL-ALT-64. Here is an original photo that I took while riding in a Pennsylvania Railroad passenger train from Harrisburg to Altoona on 03 July 1964. Shown here (L to R) are PRR engines #2278, #2273, and an another unit whose number is not recorded. #2278 and #2273 are EF-25's built by EMD in 1964 and rated at 2,500 horsepower each. They are pulling an eastbound coal train near Lewistown, Pennsylvania. Note that one of the four mainline tracks is in the process of being torn-up and removed. (Both trains are moving from right to left.)
